Training: Selected candidates will be sent for one year ‘Post Graduate Diploma Course’ in “Metro Technology and Management” at IIT/Delhi. During the above course, the trainees will be paid a stipend of Rs. 20000/- p.m. Accommodation facility for self only will be arranged by DMRC during the period of the course at IIT/Delhi.

Induction: On successful completion of the course, the trainees will be inducted as Assistant Manager in DMRC in IDA pay scale Rs.11000-350-15200/- (likely to be revised based on second Pay Committee’s report for IDA pay scales).

1.2. Assistant Manager (Architect)- 12 posts(UR-8 SC-1 OBC-3)- Pay Scale- Monthly remuneration Rs.22000/- p.m. (consolidated) - Qualifiation- Bachelor of Architecture with first Class from recognized University/Institute and should be registered with Council of Architecture and working knowledge of AUTOCAD

2. Accounts Department
2.1. Dy. General Manager (Finance) - 06 posts- Pay Scale- Rs.14250-19650 (IDA)/Rs.12000-16500 (CDA) - Qualification - IRAS/other Central Services (Gr-A) officers.
2.2. Accountant- 6 posts (UR-5 OBC-1)- Pay Scale- Monthly remuneration Rs.13000/- p.m. (consolidated) - Qualifiation-CA Intermediate/ICWA Intermediate.
