Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project (JEEViKA) invites applications for the following posts:
1. PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (1-Unreserved): You should have worked in an externally aided project (preferably world bank/ADB funded) to carry out procurements of goods and services. You would be responsible for placing the procurement system all across the project make them run effectively. You should be a Chartered Accountant/ICWAI/ B.Sc (Engg.)/ MBA (Finance) or Post Graduate in Economics with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Suitable candidates from Bihar Finance Service/Bihar Accounts Service with minimum 5 years of experience are also eligible to apply on the basis of deputation. Gross annual remuneration is in range of Rs. 3.00 to Rs. 4.20 lacs.
2. FINANCE OFFICER (1-Unreserved): You should have experience of finance and accounts management, designing and implementing financial system, dealing with statutory requirement, and preparing budget preferably of a large development organisation. You should be a Chartered Accountant/ICWAI with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Suitable candidates from Bihar Finance Service/Bihar Accounts Service with minimum 5 years of experience are also eligible to apply on the basis of deputation. Gross remuneration is in range of 3.00 to 4.20 lacs per annum.
3. PROJECT MANAGER – COMMUNICATION (1-Unreserved): You should have designed and implemented strategies to portray a positive image and build a common vision of a rural development project. You should be a post graduate in mass communication with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Gross annual remuneration is in range of 2.04 to 2.34 lacs.
4. SYSTEM ANALYST (1-Unreserved, 1- EBC): You should have worked in designing and implementation of system related to development work and be able to manage web based MIS as well as data based software. You should be Post graduate in Computer Application with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Gross annual remuneration is in range of Rs. 1.44 to Rs. 1.68 lacs.
5. PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT (1-EBC): You should have worked for handling procurement procedures in Government/multilateral funding project. You should be a Graduate in Economics/Commerce/CA (Inter)/ICWAI (inter) with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 8000 to Rs.10000.
6. DATA ADMINISTRATOR (1-EBC): You should have worked with data management programmes and desktop publishing software in development projects. You should have proficiency of key stroke both in Hindi and English @ 10-12000/hour. You should be a Graduate in computer application with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 8000 to 10000.
7. DTP OPERATOR (1-Unresrved): You should have worked in designing layouts for various communication materials and assisted printing as well as production thereof in large development project. You should be a Graduate in computer application with relevant experience of minimum 2 years. Gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 6000 to 9000.
All the above positions are at the State Level.
8. DISTRICT PROJECT COORDINATORS (1-Unreserved, 1-EBC, 1-SC) : You should have demonstrated the ability to lead a rural development programme (preferably on SHG promotion /Livelihoods/) and managed a team at least at a district level, and collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve project goals. You should have a PG degree or diploma in Management/Rural Development/Social Work/Agriculture & Allied with at least 3 yrs of relevant experience. Gross annual remuneration is in range of Rs. 2.04 to Rs. 2.40 lacs.
9. DISTRICT TRAINING COORDINATORS (1-SC, 1-EBC) : You should have designed and conducted training programmes for project staff as well as to the communities preferably in SHG promotion/ livelihoods. You should be able to identify training needs, provide inputs for participatory training design, and coordinate training programmes. You should have a PG degree or diploma in Rural Development/Social Work/Sociology/Agriculture & Allied with at least 3 yrs of relevant experience. Gross annual remuneration is in range of Rs 1.8 to Rs 2.16 lacs.
10. DISTRICT TRAINING OFFICERS (3-EBC, 3-SC, 1-BC, 1-BCW) : You should have conducted training programmes using participatory training techniques to project staff as well as to the communities preferably in SHG promotion/ livelihoods. You should have a PG degree or diploma in Rural Development/Social Work/Sociology/Agriculture & Allied with at least 2 yrs of relevant experience. Gross annual remuneration is in range of Rs 1.44 to Rs 1.68 lacs.
11. BLOCK PROJECT MANAGERS (1-Unreserved, 4-EBC, 2-SC, 1-BC, 1-BCW): You should have managed a SHG promotion/ Livelihoods promotion programme, leading a team of field workers. Experience in SHG Bank linkage and liaison with government officials is essential. You should have a PG degree or diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Agriculture & Allied with at least 2 yrs of relevant experience. Gross annual remuneration is in range of Rs 1.44 to Rs 1.68 lacs.
