2. Asst. (Architecture) :
No. of Vacancy:04 posts (OBC-1, ST-1, UR-2)
Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-
Qualification : Post Graduate qualification in Architecture or in Urban Design or Conservation or Landscape or Building Engineer (ii) Degree in Architecture from a recognised university/ institution or equivalent. , Desirable : 2 years experience in a responsible capacity

3. Architectural Assistant :
No. of Vacancy:02 posts (UR)
Pay Scale : Rs.6500-10500/-
Qualification : Degree in Architecture from a recognised university/ institution or equivalent.

4. Asst. Director (Planning) :
No. of Vacancy:06 posts (OBC-1,SC-1,UR-3)
Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in City/Town/Urban Planning from a recognised university/ institution or equivalent. (ii) Degree in Architecture/ Physical Planning/ Civil Engineering from a recognised university/institution or equivalent

5. Planning Assistant :
No. of Vacancy:02 posts (SC-1,ST-1),
Pay Scale : Rs.6500-10500/-,
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Physical Planning from a recognised university/institution or equivalent and persons having Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering should have Post Graduate degree in City/ town/ Urban Planning from a recognised university/institution or equivalent

6. Asst. Director (Planning) :
No. of Vacancy:01 post (UR)
Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-
Qualification : Enginnering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics from a recognised university/ institution or equivalent. OR Master Degree in Computer Science/ computer Application from a recognised university/institution or equivalent OR Should have passed B level examination from the DOEACC
